Condominium/Private Apartments

As a home owner/tenant of a Condominium or Private Apartment, how will the optical fibre reach my home?

OpenNet will engage the Managing Agent and/or Management Council (MCST) for installation approval prior to approaching the residents.

Once OpenNet secures approval from the Managing Agent and/or Management Council (MCST), new trunking will be installed along the common corridor.

The Managing Agent and/or Management Council (MCST) will be responsible for hiring a contractor to perform any concealment work that needs to be done, for example, providing access panels in false ceilings.

OpenNet’s contractor will advise you on the best point of entry to run the optical fibre cable into your home. OpenNet’s contractor will seek your approval before installing the cable.
