IMPORTANT NOTICE: OpenNet shall process the application based on the documents submitted online but no approval will be given until and unless OpenNet has the complete set of original documents including the following supporting documents within 5 working days.

(a)

Requesting Licensee’s Notification of Acceptance of ICO (Attachment A of ICO Main Body)

(b)

evidence of the type of telecommunication system license or broadcasting license held by the Requesting Licensee;

(c)

a banker’s guarantee or security deposit (at the Requesting Licensee’s option) of either S$10,000 or S$30,000 depending on the Requesting Licensee’s estimated initial Monthly Recurring Charge; and

(d)

a broad form public liability insurance policy with an insurance company licensed in Singapore, to the value of:

(i)

S$10 million, if the Requesting Licensee is a FBO; or

(ii)

S$1 million, if the Requesting Licensee is a SBO or broadcasting Licensee.

The approved QP may only apply for the following upon approval of its application :

(i) OpenNet’s Service Portal QP Administrator Account

(ii) OpenNet’s Service Portal Account
