As a homeowner of Landed Property, how will the optical fibre will reach my home? For landed properties, the optical cable will be installed via SingTel’s existing underground pipe. This can be found running along the pavement and/or carriageway outside your house. If you do not have this, you will need to provide an underground pipe. Before installing the cable, OpenNet’s contractor will test the underground pipe to ensure that it is not choked.
